Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SENNI, operated by Jilla Ventures, Chennai, India. By using SENNI, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. AI accuracy disclaimer

SENNI uses artificial intelligence that may not always be accurate. AI technology is inherently imperfect and can make mistakes. Specifically:

• AI can and does make mistakes — including wrong amounts, wrong categorization, and missed items
• All AI outputs are suggestions, not verified facts
• You MUST verify all financial data, transactions, amounts, and summaries yourself
• SENNI is NOT a replacement for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice
• Do NOT make business decisions solely based on SENNI's output without independent verification

2. Limitation of liability

SENNI provides suggestions, summaries, and AI-generated insights only. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT responsible for any business decisions made based on SENNI's output
• We are NOT responsible for any financial loss, missed payments, wrong calculations, or incorrect advice resulting from use of SENNI
• We are NOT liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
• Users use SENNI entirely at their own risk
• Maximum liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of SENNI is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the last one (1) month

3. Service and subscription

Pricing

• SENNI Pro: ₹999/month
• SENNI Pro Plus: ₹1,999/month
• Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required

Payments and refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice

Service availability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice

4. Usage restrictions

By using SENNI, you agree to the following:

• One business per account
• You will use SENNI only for legitimate business purposes
• You will not use SENNI for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or abuse the AI or the service
• You will not upload harmful, illegal, obscene, or inappropriate content
• You will not use SENNI to harm, harass, or deceive others

We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, immediately and without notice or refund.

5. Account termination

Termination by us

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive behavior toward our team or service

Termination by you

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refund for partial months
• Your data will be deleted within 90 days of account termination

6. Intellectual property

• The SENNI brand, logo, software, AI models, and all related intellectual property are the property of Jilla Ventures
• Your business data belongs to you
• By using SENNI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the SENNI service
• This license terminates when your account is terminated

7. Dispute resolution

• All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SENNI shall be governed by the laws of India
• The courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
• You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at hello@senni.in before initiating any legal proceedings
• You agree not to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SENNI or Jilla Ventures

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SENNI, Jilla Ventures, its founders, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the SENNI service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit through SENNI

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SENNI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app and/or Telegram.
