What is being sold

SENNI is a subscription software service, delivered entirely online. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines apply.

When access begins

Access is activated immediately on successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. You receive:

A confirmation on WhatsApp at your registered mobile number
Access to the web application at ask.senni.in
Your SENNI WhatsApp number, to which you send bills and voice notes

If access does not start

If you have paid and cannot use the service, write to care@senni.in with your registered mobile number. We reply within 2 working days. If we cannot restore access, you receive a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

SENNI is available 24 hours a day. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on WhatsApp. If the service is unavailable for 7 consecutive days or more, a pro-rata refund applies for the affected period.

Geography

SENNI is sold to businesses in India, and prices are in Indian Rupees.
