SENNI is powered by artificial intelligence, including:
- Claude by Anthropic — for text analysis, business insights, and summarization
- Gemini by Google — for voice transcription and multimodal processing
These are advanced AI systems, but they are inherently imperfect and continuously evolving.
What SENNI may get wrong
AI technology can and does make mistakes. Here are specific areas where errors may occur:
- Transaction amounts — AI may misread, misinterpret, or incorrectly extract amounts from your messages or photos
- Customer names and details — names may be misspelled, confused, or incorrectly linked
- Date calculations — due dates, follow-up dates, and time-based calculations may be wrong
- Category assignments — transactions, expenses, or entries may be categorized incorrectly
- Financial summaries and totals — aggregated numbers, running totals, and summaries may contain calculation errors
- Business advice and suggestions — recommendations may be inappropriate, incomplete, or wrong for your situation
- Review analysis and sentiment — customer review analysis may misinterpret tone or meaning
- Voice transcription — especially in noisy environments, with accents, or when mixing languages (e.g., Tamil and English)
- Bill and receipt reading — poor quality photos, handwritten bills, unusual formats, or faded text may lead to errors
SENNI tries its best
We work hard to make SENNI as accurate as possible. We continuously improve our AI models and processing pipelines. But we cannot guarantee error-free operation.
SENNI will make mistakes. It is designed to help you, not to replace your judgment.
What you should do
- Always verify critical information yourself — especially financial amounts, payment records, and important dates
- Do not rely solely on SENNI for business decisions — use it as one input among many

- Report errors — if you notice SENNI getting something wrong, let us know so we can improve
