Three credit packs. No monthly charge, no auto-renewal, no card kept on file. The only one-time fee is the optional WhatsApp setup on your own number, ₹2,500 + GST.
Every bill you scan, every question you ask, every note you leave — each one spends a small, fixed number of credits from your balance. A bill page is 1.21 credits, a question is 0.90, a note is 1.21. A pack adds credits to whatever you already have, and extends how long they stay usable — buy a second pack before the first runs out and the days add on top rather than starting over.

Paid once, through Razorpay — no recurring mandate, nothing charged again automatically. Roughly, 500 credits covers about 400 bills, or a mix of bills, questions and notes; scale up for Growth and Pro. Buy any pack any time from Billing in your account — credits land immediately.
Add-ons
An extra person beyond your pack's limit, and the WhatsApp connection, can both be started from Billing in your account. For an additional business, write to care@senni.in and we will set it up.

Taxes
Prices here are before GST, which is charged at 18% on top — Starter's ₹499 becomes ₹588.82, Growth's ₹1,499 becomes ₹1,768.82, and Pro's ₹2,999 becomes ₹3,538.82. Your invoice shows the tax separately so you can claim it back: within Tamil Nadu that is CGST and SGST, and elsewhere in India it is IGST. GSTIN: 33AHUPD4142K1Z9
Billing
Nothing recurs. A pack is a one-time payment — there is no card mandate, no monthly charge, and no renewal date to remember. When your credits or their validity run out, sending a bill simply asks you to buy another pack; nothing is ever charged without you opening checkout yourself. Payments are handled by Razorpay; Senni never sees your card.
A GST tax invoice is raised for every payment and is in your account under Billing, where you can download it as a PDF at any time.
Pausing
You can pause or cancel at any time, from Billing, at no cost — your records stay exactly as they are, and any credits you already bought stay banked, not forfeited, for whenever you resume. Nothing was set to auto-renew in the first place, so there's no next charge to stop — pausing or cancelling just closes access. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the one-time WhatsApp setup fee, which is the only non-credit charge.
